Apply for the Spring 2017 Toddler & Parent Exploration Program

The deadline to apply for spring 2017’s Toddler & Parent Exploration program is December 1, 2016.

Application Process for Toddler & Parent Exploration

  1. Interested families should fill out and submit an Application Form for the Toddler & Parent Exploration program. You can download the Toddler & Parent Exploration Application Form here.
  1. The application asks for basic family information as well as questions to help us get to know your child and family. This allows us to create programs that inspire each child in the class.
  1. In the application form, select which session you are interested in: Tuesday or Thursday.
  1. Once the application form is completed, please email it to Elisa Pagliarulo, Enrollment Coordinator & Lead Educator, at epagliarulo@badm.org.
  1. Upon receiving completed applications, families can expect to receive an email response by mid-December 2016 with an offer letter or waitlist update.
  1. Admitted families will receive a Tuition Contract along with their offer letter. Families have 7 days to sign and return the contract with tuition payment.

Note: Once enrolled in the Toddler & Parent Exploration program, re-enrollment priority is given for the following sessions.

Apply for the 2017/2018 Preschool School Year

The deadline to apply for the 2017/2018 preschool class is February 15, 2017.

Application Process for Preschool

  1. Interested families should fill out and submit a Preschool Application Form for The Discovery School and submit the $50 application fee. You can download the Preschool Application Form here. We are accepting applications through February 15, 2017.
  1. The application asks for basic family information as well as questions to help us get to know your child and family. Our aim is to inspire each child enrolled in our school, and in doing so, we work closely with our families.
  1. Once the application form is completed, please email it to Elisa Pagliarulo, Enrollment Coordinator & Lead Educator, at epagliarulo@badm.org.
  1. Upon submitting the completed application, please submit the $50 application fee via PayPal or check. For checks, please write it to: The Discovery School at the Bay Area Discovery Museum. Please mail checks to: The Discovery School at Bay Area Discovery Museum, 557 McReynolds Road, Sausalito, CA 94965. To use PayPal, please fill in the TDS Application Fee box below and click ‘Add to Cart.’

  1. Upon receiving completed applications, families can expect to receive an email acceptance letter or waitlist update by March 8, 2017.
  1. Admitted families will receive a Tuition Contract along with their offer letter. Families have 10 days, until March 18, 2017, to sign and return the contract along with the tuition deposit to reserve their spot for the 2017/2018 school year.
  1. Families on the waitlist will receive notification of their acceptance on March 22, 2017, and they will have 10 days to sign and return the contracts along with the tuition deposit.
